Being on a diet makes u eat more

Have u ever notice that when u start a diet and everything that u usually don't have, you crave. Its like your saving every last thing on the planet and then you'll finally commit to yourself saying "ok. Now that I've had those snickers , that i haven't eaten in 3 years, I can start my diet". But then there is another thing and another...Its like Im  scared of never eating anything sweet or salty or fattening ever again. Im afraid of that!!! i don't know why. Food does have that hold on m. Its makes me feel good. When Im stressed or bored, sad, even happy. Its an emotional thing. Im an emotional eater. lol Regardless of what type of diet im apart of, it wont work unless i figure out why i need food to live...

imgres.jpgSo back to my old self...I lost .4lbs. Its not a lot but i lost it. I lost the weight i put on last week. See if you put your mind to it and believe in myself, you can do anything!! Positive thinking is a powerful thing. So don't quit, keep trying, Everyday is a new day, and the most important thing. To keep an image of yourself in your mind and it will make you feel good. For me its does, When I'm working out and i wanna quit, I picture myself in the sun with a beautiful blue bikini and im smiling!!! Everyday you have a chance to improve on your health!!!

Interesting Workout from Eve Torres!!!




So while watching a movie, my mom came from Costco and brought this magazine. I don't know if any of you heard it. Its called " Muscle and Performance". i'm not familiar with it..Anyway an article in the magazine mentions a workout  that WWE champion Eve Torres follows. It looks real crazy workout. Well I'm gonna challenge myself. 


This is the workout: Mind you i did not make this workout myself, i found it in July 2011 Muscle and performance. I'm sure you can find it on the internet. Ok so here we go...


Set 1 (repeat three times)
30 box jumps (can be done on a stable chair or bench, or on stairs with more reps)
40 mountain climbers
24 cockroaches ( 12 circles in each direction): Lie on your back with your knees in the air and your head off he ground. Spin around in place on your back (like a cockroach), moving your hips, then shoulders.


Set 2 ( repeat three times)


10 jump squats
25 squats
15 push-ups
40 inverted hip raises (20 on each leg): Lie on your back on the ground and place one foot on an elevated surface, like a chair. Lift your hips off the ground until they are fully extended with only your shoulders on the ground and slowly lower to the start.


Set 3 ( repeat three times)


40 one-legged squats (20 on each leg): Stand three feet in front of a chair, facing away from it. Extend one leg back and place the top of your foot on the seat of the chair, then squat with your standing leg. Make sure that when the bend in your knee reaches 90 degrees, your knee doesn't exceed your toes.


15 triceps dips: With your palms on a chair, fingers facing downward, extend your legs and body. Bend your elbows to 90 degrees while lowering your butt to the floor, then push back up.


30 split-squat jumps (15 each side): Stand with one foot forward, then jump, switching legs in the air an landing with the opposite foot forward


So this is the workout... i am no sure how the effects would be on the body. Personally i don't want to be big and bulky type whose arms are so big you don't have room to wipe your ass, but hey that's for some not for me..: ) Sorry jk jk. whatever makes you happy. For me long and lean but don't loose all my curves just make it more pronounced!!!

2nd Week of WW....uhhh

imgres.jpgSo You Do You Know when u do well the first week of a eating plan and then u blows off the next week..Well i gained .4 lbs lol only .4 but still it is not an improvement. The fact that i gained was not good for me. Only because its not loosing .4 lbs. I want to always do my best and last week i didn't do my best. I ate a lot every single day lol...and i knew that i was gonna gain. One thing i did start was running. Its good. Its a stress reliever. ...I also find that when i am home, i eat a lot more because all im doing all day is studying and working out, sitting and going online. ha. My mouth is more controlled if im away from home which is obvious, but i do realize that now lol...Well now that i do know, i definitely know that this program works well. So now this thursday i have another weigh in so trying to loose some weight!!! Gonna go for the Goal.

4th of July, why why why!

    ehhh so i ate alot not only on the 4th but before the day also. I think it had to do with me being so excited that i lost weight within the first week, i forgot or was way too excited and decided to treat myself ehh!! Well i weigh in tomorrow and im not sure how i did. I'm assuming i stayed the same or gained...im gonna stick with gained because i  know if i expect the best and dont follow as such, i will be more disappointed!!!...Oh well the first thing to success is admit you have faults and to accept and to work with them... im off to success.

WOOGOooo!!! WEIGHT GO GO GO !!!

Hey ya'll what up what up!!! So i went to my first weigh in at Weight Watchers (WW) after my first week. I was not disappointed but i thought i was going to loose more weight. I realized that i was weighing with shoes and clothes on. So that may not been the most accurate weight. I lost 3.2 lbs so that was good. At home i lost and extra 4 lbs which is kinda creepy. Its been fun...
