Weigh-In!!!! DID Better
So back to my old self...I lost .4lbs. Its not a lot but i lost it. I lost the weight i put on last week. See if you put your mind to it and believe in myself, you can do anything!! Positive thinking is a powerful thing. So don't quit, keep trying, Everyday is a new day, and the most important thing. To keep an image of yourself in your mind and it will make you feel good. For me its does, When I'm working out and i wanna quit, I picture myself in the sun with a beautiful blue bikini and im smiling!!! Everyday you have a chance to improve on your health!!!
